NPTA Wishes To Thank Valued Member for His Time and Service To Our Association
The NPTA wishes to thank Bryan Brockett, PT, MSPT for his service to our Chapter in the past few years. Bryan was invited by President Beth Altenburger to serve as Chair of the Southern District in the fall of 2005 and willingly did so until the fall of 2007. He was elected as the Southern District Delegate to the APTA’s House of Delegates in 2006 and served the Chapter at the 2007 House. In addition, Bryan began serving as the Co-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee in the spring of 2007. He has also assisted in special events such as our Mt Charleston Trail Clean-up service project
Bryan is a full time therapist for Gentiva Home Care and also assists in their special Falls Prevention Project. He is currently starting his own private practice. We’re very happy that Bryan is pursuing his dream of a private practice. He is also working on his Transitional DPT Degree at UNLV and is developing a research project with Garrett Yoshida and faculty members at UNLV. In addition, Bryan is a proud husband and father of four.
Bryan has decided to resign from his Chapter appointments at this time. We are very grateful for Bryan’s service to our Chapter. We wish him the best in his new professional endeavors. We sincerely hope that when Bryan’s other commitments decrease that he’ll be willing to serve our Chapter again as we’ll miss his commitment and his companionship. Good Luck, Bryan.
